Death Cab for Cutie will be joined by The Dead Weather as well as Matt and Kim at the November 18 ceremony of 2009 mtvU Woodie Awards.
Death Cab for Cutie are going to bring vampire theme song to 2009 mtvU Woodie Awards. During the show, the band will deliver "Meet Me on the Equinox", the lead single from "The Twilight Saga's New Moon" soundtrack album.
This is not the first time the band perform at the Woodies. In 2005, they had been invited to rock the event and share the stage with Matisyahu, Little Brother and Saul Williams.
