Twilight Continued...from another Point Of View: My TwiTour Odyssey

Hello everyone!

First of all I would like to apologize to all of you for making this post SO late *shakes head* I’m sure you have no idea what I’m talking about so let me tell you.

On Saturday October 31st Hot Topic organized the event for TwiTour in Miami Dadeland Mall that basically involved the selling of the official New Moon TwiTour shirt to go along with the wristband that gives you access to the main event taking place on November 11th at this very location [can I get a squee?]. After given it a lot of thought [NOT] I finally decided to go. It was something else, and I was unprepared to say the least (I just had my Ipod, VERY little battery on my cell, a few snacks, and a bottle of water; YES that is being unprepared you’ll see why) but hey you live you learn now I know. To tell the truth I was a little terrified (LOL) why you ask? Well I was going ALONE and I had no idea how crowded it was going to be.

Eventually after taking me forever to get out of my house, I arrived at 4:30 am and there were AT LEAST a hundred people before me in line, I even heard some of them had spend the entire night there (7pm Friday night). Maybe to all of you staring at was right before my eyes was totally normal but I thought it was crazy to see everyone with pillows, books, blankets, and even games (ok and I’ll admit I was jealous I didn’t think of that so not much as crazy but well prepared LOL), then again this was my first time in a TwiTour (a newbie you might say).

After finally settling in (ear buds on, music blasting) I can say that was struck by the fact that everything went incredibly fast (5 hours) and can I just say BRAVO HOT TOPIC [insert standing ovation], it was a very well organized event. They managed to maintain the order of the line and even provided candy, water, and other goodies to us awaiting TwiHards. Before 8 am they had opened their doors for us and well do you see all the people that were before me? Can you believe that I was out of the store with my shirt and my wristband by 9:12 am? I think that was admirable, and reportedly over 250 people showed up. I was very pleased by the time I got out of there and back home, thinking of nothing but how well organized this was and that I can’t wait to see how the actual event will be.

Oh! Have I not mentioned this? We will have autograph signing by some of the wolf pack members, our very own Alex Meraz (Paul) and Kiowa Gordon (Embry). So who’s excited? I know I am!

Anyway the other reason I wanted to post this is because the day of the TwiTour some of the fans will have the possibility of standing up and asking them questions and we the TeamEdwardPOV always want to know what YOU our fans (and theirs , of course) would like to ask them. So post your question and I will try my BEST to get up there and ask them what you want (I will mention your name if you want me to). So come on people let’s put our thinking caps! Post a comment with your question or whatever you want me to pass down to the Wolf Pack, who knows maybe they’ll even listen to some suggestions (or give us some inside behind the scene!
