Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning weren't the only New Moon starlets to have representation at this year's Sundance Film Festival. Ashley Greene's Skateland also made a stay at the weekend's festivities, and with its appearance came a new clip from the film.
The film's reviews at Sundance were rather lukewarm. For example, Gregory Ellwood at HitFix stated that "Sharing too much similarity to Richard Linklater's "Dazed and Confused" as well as a bit of a faux John Hughes vibe, "Skateland" centers on 19-year-old Ritchie (Shiloh Fernandez) a roller skating rink manager who is at a crossroads in his life . . . Probably a DVD deal to showcase the "Twilight"-friendly Greene, but that's it." He did, however, rate Greene's performance in the film as "pretty good."
Reviews notwithstanding, you can see in the clip that Greene will get a great deal of screen time in the picture, so it's definitely worth checking out!
According to ReviewFix, "In this clip, Michelle, played by Ashley Greene ("Twilight") shares a moment with Ritchie (Shiloh Fernandez) as he struggles with these changes.
