According to GossipCop:

Kristen Stewart, Dakota Fanning, Nikki Reed and Elizabeth Reaser (among others) participated in a photo shoot last Sunday for an issue set to arrive on stands around the time Eclipse hits theaters.

As we all now, this isn't the first time Vanity Fair is doing a major Twilight shoot.

They were one of the first magazines to get onboard before Twilight came out. (See video below). The picture of Kristen Stewart squeezing Robert Pattinson’s face from that shoot has become legendary.
