About two weeks ago we posted a little teaser on our Twitter account @TwilightPoison regarding a cast member visiting Mexico soon. I had heard some whispers and rumors about it for a while but I waited to make a post until we had some information (I had very little information to offer at the time, nothing worth to post), so I just posted little tweets asking people to stay tuned. Here it is, finally, the information we have of Cameron Bright’s visit to Mexico. It won’t be for the promotion of Eclipse, and you will have to wait ’til fall, but it’s for the famous Horror Convention Horror Fest in Monterrey, Mexico!

We are pleased to announce that HORROR FEST 2010 WILL HAVE AS SPECIAL GUEST CAMERON BRIGHT, MEMBER OF THE CAST OF THE SUCCESSFUL WORLDWIDE SAGA TWILIGHT, playing the role of Alec IN THE FILM “NEW MOON”.

The convention will take place in Cintermex, Monterrey (that’s in the north-east of Mexico) on October 16th and 17th. Before getting too excited, let’s just wait for official confirmation on this event, ok? In the meantime, this is what the website advertises:

Information on passes:

-General Passes are only $60 pesos (roughly 6 dollars) and you can see the entire exhibition, movie screenings and panels. For $20 more you can see Cameron’s panel.
- The VIP Passes include admission to the convention for both days, the 16th and 17th of October, a garanteed picture with Cameron Bright and an autographed poster or chosen item (one per person only), admisssion to a private Volturi VIP Party with Cameron (no pictures or autographs in this area), free dinner and non-alcoholic drinks bar, plus lots of contests and prizes. Also, you will get a special pass for Cameron’s Q and A panel where he will answer questions from fans. Price: $1000 pesos, roughly 100 dollars. Limited to 600 passes.
