Dakota Fanning considered one of 'Twenty to Watch in the Next 20 Years'

Chances are, you remember Dakota Fanning ("Jane" in the Twilight Saga films) as a little tike - intelligent, articulate, and talented beyond her years. By definition, she was a "child star," and in Hollywood that doesn't always lead to a career of longevity for one reason or another.
With Fanning, though, she's been successful at balancing real life and work so as to continue her relevance in the film industry while still enjoying the regularity of being a teenager (you saw her homecoming pictures, right?). Her work in The Runaways with Kristen Stewart brought them both much-deserved praise, and she's been the recipient of a great number of awards (including the Critics Choice Award for "Best Young Actress" and an Image Award for "Outstanding Actress in a Motion Picture").
So, it makes sense that IMDb has listed Fanning among their "Twenty to Watch in the Next 20 Years" right alongside Inception and The Dark Knight director Christopher Nolan, Lost creator J.J. Abrams, Joseph Gordon-Levitt (also formerly a child star - remember Angels In The Outfield?), Ellen Page, Ryan Gosling, and many other impressive names.
According to Production Weekly, after Breaking Dawn, Fanning might be taking on a film entitled Now Is Good based upon a novel by Jenny Downham called "Before I Die." You can find out more about that here.
No doubt, with her wealth of accomplishment already in place at sixteen, IMDb is right. She's definitely one to look out for.
