Forty of Hollywood’s most talented writers, directors and actors will come together to pull off a creative feat unlike anything they’ve ever attempted. This sound very similar to the play Lee Pace ("Garrett" in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn) recently did called "24 Hour Play."
The work starts the evening before the show. A group of writers will have 12 hours to compose six 10-minute plays. At 8 a.m. on the morning of the event, the scripts will be handed off to an assembly of directors and actors who will then rehearse the material into the afternoon. After a technical rehearsal and red carpet arrivals, the show starts—only 24 hours after the process began.
. . . This fundraiser will benefit the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center’s Crystal Meth Recovery Services.
