Things aren't looking too pretty for Kristen Stewart in "Welcome to the Rileys". But, with the subject matter at hand (she plays a runaway teenage stripper taken in by a grieving family, after all) it would be hard to imagine otherwise. We've got some new stills from the film (as well as the poster) to share with you, and it looks as though KStew isn't just baring her soul in this flick.
Kristen has shred any hint of glamor to capture the down-on-her-luck character Mallory. In one pic we see a scared and bruised Kristen standing in a dressing room (alongside co-star Melissa Leo) in nothing but her bra and jeans. It's not the first time Kristen has shown some skin for a role (she did go for a scantily-clad dip with Jesse Eisenberg in "Adventureland"), but it certainly looks like she's gotten into this gritty role.
In addition to the stills (see the rest at the bottom of this post) there's the poster. It's comprised of a series of Kristen (the one that caught our eye right away was of one of a fragile-looking Kristen, dressed in a white hoodie, glaring over her shoulder), Melissa and their co-star James Gandolfini. And while we can't see her face, it appears as though we can see Kristen's legs in, well, stripper heels, and stockings.
