Robert Pattinson Inspired Cookies for Christmas?

Hey Everyone,
I really really like cookies...These are Robert inspired....Thanks to Twilightish For The Tip! Enjoy!

Vampire Fudge

2-1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
12 oz. White Chocolate baking squares, coarsely chopped (No substitute)
1/4 tsp. clear almond extract (Wilton’s)
3/4 cup dried tart red cherries, chopped or snipped
3/4 cup sliced almonds, chopped slightly and toasted


Line an 8x8-inch pan with lightly-buttered foil, then set aside. Butter sides of a heavy saucepan; add sugar, milk and 1/4 cup butter. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
Once it’s at a rolling boil, reduce heat to a gentle boil and do not stir for 5 minutes. Reduce heat lower, then add white chocolate and stir until chocolate is completely melted. Remove pan from heat and stir in almond extract, dried cherries and almonds. Stir well to blend and quickly pour into the prepared pan.
Chill overnight. Cut into 1 inch squares.



Eat Dessert First

1 stick butter
2 Squares Baker"s Unsweetened Chocolate (in the Orange Box)
1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt buttter and chocolate in a covered deep mixing bowl in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
Stir in sugar until well blended. Add eggs and stir. Add flour and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Put into a greased 9" pan (round or square).
You may use butter or cooking spray to coat pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for exactly 25 




minutes. Cool and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. (Homemade Brownies)
