If you wonder whether any Twilight star will attend the Academy Awards (Oscar), here's the confirmation from E! Online Marc Malkin as posted on Bella's Diary (elite affiliates). Njoy! (via @bellasdiary) E! Online’s had the chance to chat with Kristen Stewart and she told him that she is heading to the Oscars…. with Taylor Lautner! Two Twilight stars in one night = WIN! Here’s is what Mark to say:

“Robert Pattinson presented at last year’s Oscars, but guess which Twilight stars are doing it this time around?

I’ll let Kristen Stewart tell you…

“Yeah, I’m going,” Stewart just told me when I asked if we’d be seeing her on March 7 at the Academy Awards. “Me and Taylor are going to present.”

Stewart admits she’s very nervous.

“I’ve been looking at shoes,” she said. “I’m trying to pick shoes that I know I won’t fall down in.”

I chatted with Stewart at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, where she’d been holed for most of the day promoting her new drama, The Yellow Hankerchief, with costars Eddie Redmyane, Maria Bello and William Hurt.

In a couple of days, she’ll be in London for BAFTA’s Orange Awards, where she’s a Rising Star nominee.

“I feel so funny about it,” Stewart says. “Really cool people have won and really cool people are up for it this year. And I know a few of them, like Jesse [Eisenberg] and Carey [Mulligan].”

As well, A Single Man star Nicholas Hoult and French actor Tahar Rahim round out the list.

Stewart thinks it’s Rahim’s award to win.

“I can’t even actually think about that,” she says, covering her face. “If I win, I’m gonna be like, ‘Carey, Jesse, suck it up—’cause I think Tahar should have won.”

Taylor Lautner in a Remake of Vision Quest?

Taylor Lautner may be about to pin down another role.

Seemingly seconds after he booked yet another post-Jacob job, sources tell E! News that the 17-year-old actor is in talks to put his New Moon abs to good use in a remake of the 1985 drama Vision Quest.

Which is not what it sounds like—a cheesy sci-fi flick—but rather a coming-of-age romance that featured Madonna's "Crazy for You" as its theme song and that starred Matthew Modine as a high school wrestling star who falls in love with an artist—a permtastic Linda Fiorentino—his dad has taken in as a boarder.

Why remake? Let's just rerelease that! But Taylor may have another vision.

He could wind up playing an updated version of Modine's character in the still-in-development film, which counts Wyck Godfrey and Marty Bowen of Temple Hill Entertainment (and Twilight and New Moon fame) as producers. We hear that Richard Munic has penned a screenplay that is "very faithful" to the original film.

"Taylor saw [the script] and is really excited about it," says a source. "It's very much in line with his athleticism. His character is someone who's striving for greatness."

A rep for Lautner didn't respond to a request for comment, and Warner Bros., which owns the rights to Vision Quest, remained mum on whether it's considering the shirtless wonder for the lead, confirming only that the film is in development.
