One the UK's current hottest bands, Mumford and Sons, hit the stage last night for a show at London's Dingwalls. And who showed up to play a few songs? Our favorite Marcus Foster!
"Mumford and Sons played a host of new material last night (February 22) at an intimate show at London’s Dingwalls.
The sold-out Shockwaves NME Awards Show was put on in conjunction with the Communion musical collective. Anna Calvi, Marcus Foster and Rachel Sermanni played too."
Saturday Night (05/29) and Marcus Foster did a concert in Rome...
I was there but I have to tell you that I had a chance to see him Saturday Morning and say hi to him...
He is a great guy, shy but very talented...
As I have mentioned previously when I listened to his new song: Shadows of the City I wanted so much to see him perform Live...
So, I booked my ticket and you will now read...what I wrote during his concert this Past Saturday...

Marcus is a very talented individual. I am really impressed by his voice and his songs...
Every and everyone of them is a new journey, you can always learn something new.
You can be surprised by his emotionally voice. I sure was!
Listening at him made feel very happy to be at this concert, so fortunate to be in Rome.
I knew especially after listening to "Shadows of the City" that he is a great musician but honestly, after this Concert I can definitely say that he is a great one! He has earned a loyal fan.
Marcus appeared on stage with his electric guitar, his playing and voice filled the room!
He is so funny and made us laugh a lot...He asked us several times if we are having a great time.
(I can assure you that we did...), repeating how beautiful city is Rome - Ciao Bello! Ciao Bella! and Bellissima! I highly recommend you to visit one of his Concerts!
Marcus Foster's New EP will be out somewhere between end of July or the beginning of August.

oh the streets bleeding out for a real dream that’s not filled
with unmarked bills
when the moon turns its back to let off steam you’re faced with a cold
chill
there’s a bird at the window, smoke in it’s eye, singing off key
there’s a wounded girl with her heart shaped shoe in the shadows in the shadows
in the shadows
of the city
in the shadows
of the city well the trains are half empty with faces that try to break off
their chains
bound by the sound of the screaming dawn that is all their name
there’s a madman throwing stones at the streetlight coming through a
torn out shade
there’s a small river by the fallen tree in the shadows in the shadows
in the shadows
of the city
in the shadows
of the city you can feel the air breathing down your neck like a ghost
standing by your side
flashing white teeth by the silent road he’s looking for a place to hide
rain cold woman with a knife in her hand and a shovel on the grassy
ground
catch a left eye you can hear the sound of the shadows in the shadows
in the shadows
of the city
in the shadows
of the city yeahhhhhhhh in the shadows (adlibs to end)
