“CAMELOT- THE COMPLETE FIRST SEASON” redefines the classic medieval tale of King Arthur with an exciting ensemble cast that includes Joseph Fiennes (Shakespeare in Love) in the magical role of Merlin, Jamie Campbell Bower (upcoming Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows) as the young and reckless Arthur, and Eva Green (Casino Royale) in her television debut as the darkly powerful Morgan. The character-driven series also features Tamsin Egerton (Guinevere), Claire Forlani (Igraine) and Peter Mooney (Kay).

In the wake of King Uther's sudden death, chaos threatens to engulf Britain. When the sorcerer Merlin has visions of a dark future, he installs the young and impetuous Arthur, Uther's unknown son and heir, who has been raised from birth as a commoner. But Arthur's cold and ambitious half-sister Morgan will fight him to the bitter end, summoning unnatural forces to claim the crown in this epic battle for control. These are dark times indeed for the new King, with Guinevere being the only shining light in Arthur's harsh world. Faced with profound moral decisions, and the challenge of uniting a kingdom broken by war and steeped in deception, Arthur will be tested beyond imagination. Forget everything you think you know…this is the story of Camelot that has never been told before.
Blu-ray™ and DVD bonus features include:
• Camelot Chronicles: Pop-Up History (Blu-Ray™ only)
• Starz Studios: Camelot
• Camelot Character Profiles
• The Knights
• The Women Of Camelot
• Candid Camelot
• Scene Breakdowns
• On The Set: Mooney's Movie
• Camelot Blooper Reel

Jamie Campbell Bower in GQ UK (June 2011)

Hey Everyone,
Jamie Campbell Bower is in the current issue of GQ UK.
Thanks to our friends at Twilightish For the Tip! Enjoy!

To coin a new phrase, the devil gets all the best parts. There is certainly some truth in this as far as Jamie Campbell Bower is concerned. And it gets you the girls, too. After all, when he played Gellert Grindelwald (the world's second-most wicked wizard) in the last of the Harry Potter films, Deathly Hallows Part 2 - to be released in July - the 22-year-old ended up getting engaged to Ginny Weasley or, rather, actress Bonnie Wright.
The female attention wasn't quite so welcome when he was filming Breaking Dawn, the last instalment of The Twilight Saga, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. "I received this box from a fan," he recalls. "It contained a very explicit note about what she wanted me to do to her, a dog collar and some nipple clamps. Strangely, it also contained cheese, which was much more appreciated."
Campbell Bower has the looks that make him a natural to play a vampire alongside Michael Sheen. "It was great fun hamming it up. We weren't playing real people, so we could be really over the top and people have to believe it. Also, you don't have to be the heart-throb if you're the baddie - you can do what you want."

Jamie Campbell Bower Gets Lead in Screen Gems: "The Mortal Instruments"

EXCLUSIVE: Screen Gems has made its choice: Jamie Campbell Bower will get the male lead in The Mortal Instruments, the Scott Charles Stewart-directed adaptation of the Cassandra Clare novel series. Source Via @gossip_dance.

He'll play Jace Wayland, starring alongside Lily Collins, who'll play the lead heroine Clary Fray. She has The Sight, and can see both demons and Shadowhunters. Jace is one of the best of the latter. When Clary's mother is abducted, she is forced to learn about her bloodline and abilities in order to get her mother back. Clare's series is comprised of six novels and is expected to launch a franchise.

The role has been considered a potential star making vehicle for an actor and there has been much speculation on who'll get it. I'm told the deal is making now for Bower, who is best known for playing King Arthur in the TV series Camelot, and for playing Caius in the final installments of The Twilight Saga and Gellert Grindelwald in the final Harry Potter films. He's repped by CAA and London-based Simon Beresford.

Jamie Campbell Bower "No part in Game of Thrones"

HBO's new series has already premiered and whose second season was ordered, not counted among its cast with Jamie Campbell Bower. This is the information:

In Game of Thrones Ostler is playing the role of Ser Waymar Royce , replacing Jamie Campbell Bower who played in the pilot episode that never went to air. Bower was not available for retakes prologue sequence.

We believe this is due to his obligations to Camelot and other projects.
