Kirsten Prout's 'Eclipse' Character Seems to Be an 'Innocent' Victim

Gushing on the character of the female vampire is the actress herself, who later informs that she will turn 'into something a lot more sinister' during the forthcoming 'Twilight' film.
In October 2009, Kirsten Prout has confirmed her involvement in "The Twilight Saga's Eclipse" to take on the part of vampire Lucy. In a recent interview with IESB, the depicter of Abigail "Abby" Miller in 2005 "Elektra" has dished on her character in the third "Twilight" movie.
"Without revealing too much, Lucy is one of the vampires that turns Jasper, played by Jackson Rathbone. Jasper gets turned while he is an officer, and I'm one of the vampires that causes Jasper to be turned during his military career," the actress shared. "Lucy appears to be an innocent little victim, and then she turns into something a lot more sinister."
Speaking about her relationship with Rathbone on "Eclipse" set, the 19-year-old beauty claimed, "We actually got along really well. We met in the make-up trailer, during the make-up testing, before filming even started." She further revealed, "So, I met Jackson when he was getting his hair done. He was getting his hair dyed by the on-set stylist, and he was getting weird patterns shaved into it underneath, which was kind of funny." During the same occasion, Prout also told IESB that she was not airbrushed during the filming because she is "already pale enough."

According to BD Horror News Canadian actress Kirsten Prout has been cast to play the role of Lucy in the Twilight Saga – Eclipse. Kirsten is best known as Amanda Bloom in Kyle XY.

For those who do not recall who Lucy was, she served Maria (along with Nettie) helping her seek vengeance during the southern Vampire wars. Lucy and Nettie turned on Maria and were in return killed for doing so. Maria was Jasper’s maker, and this is told during Jasper’s back story (when explaining his story to Bella). Jasper describes Lucy as having “lovely and delicate voice” with “fair hair, and her skin was snow white.”
